S. Navy, until quick-witted Rocky uses the smoke from the aircraft fire to spell out the phrase « U. S. Taxpayer » and, of course, the Navy needs every one of those that it can get. Soon Rocky finds Bullwinkle, and just as our heroes are about to leave with the moon men, a grateful U. S. government responds by arresting them!
